sonaze: sonic and blaze
knuckamy: knuckles and Amy
silvally: silver and sally
crails: cream and tails
Shadia: Shadow and maria
Jetave: Jet and wave
sorry but rouge isn't with anyone because she is blaze's mother and killed her husband and is currently on the run!
These are the ones that DON'T exist
sonamy: sonic hates Amy
silvaze: silver tries to impress blaze but is too annoying.
knuckouge: rouge is just a flirt and is already married
shadamy: they say opposites are good but not this pair.
tosmo: cosmo isn't an official character
sonally: sally was sonic's former companion NOT his girlfriend
sorry but i don't think knuckamy is happening. And maria met her doom 50 years ago on ark so i don't think shadow or knuckles will ever have girlfriends but I'm probably wrong,

Sonic x Cream (strangely enough)
Tails x Cream
Tails x Amy (for some reason)
Tails x Cosmo
Tails x Mina
Knuckles x Rouge (including myself)
Knuckles x Tikal (a bit necromatic in my opinion)
Knuckles x Shade (even though she only appears in one game)
Knuckles x Julie-Su
Knuckles x Sonia
Shadow x Rouge (my best friend is a supporter of this couple)
Shadow x Maria (despite their obvious brother-sister relationship)

If you are referring to the DS console, well the answer is no. There are actually a couple of games that are not a Sonic Rush derivative. For example, Sonic and Sega All Star Racing and Sonic Classic Collection. There are a couple more though.
