What is the recommended level to start hard mode in Digimon World 4?

I would say that for a first timer lv.42 would be good. If you struggle with the final boss in any of his forms you might need to train more to get past him. But it's the same game on hard just the enemies bump up alot stat wise but no new attacks and you should already know how to Dodge the rest.

I think they start it with the previous agent No.3 and then go to Gekomon forest to find the 4th one, good luck! btw i dont play digimon battle anymore, i play digimon world championship though! <3
How do you get new Digimon on Digimon World 2003?
To get new Digimon beyond your original 3, you must find DRI Agents scattered around the world. There is really only one requirement: to have strong/weak enough Digimon for the DRI agent to talk to you (make sure to get the extra Digimon early in the game, because they may not talk to you if you have the proper requirements later in the game). If you have the proper requirements, and talked with a DRI agent, you will have to collect data from an ultimate Digimon. The Digimon depends on the DRI agent. When you find that Digimon, you must battle it. When you win, you will get the data, then return to the DRI agent and you will get the rookie form of the Digimon you fought. You can obtain all the Digimon from the original starter sets, along with Veemon.
How do you get jijimon in Digimon world 1?
Jijimon can't be obtained from evolving your digimon also Jijimon already in the city since the start of the game, however i once saw someone on Youtube hack the Digimon World so he can just use any of unobtainable Digimon such as BlueMeramon, ShogunGekomon, KingSukamon, Myotismon and even Analogman as his partner, so by hacking the game I guess you can still get him as your partner.
What digmon is the strongest?
It all depends on how you raise a Digimon. If you start with an In-Training Digimon and then raise it to a Mega, that Digimon would be stronger than if you Digiconverted that same Digimon. The stronger Digimon would have higher stats and more skills.

Unfortunately, Guilmon is unobtainable without using Digimon Matching, but in matching you match a level 15 or up digimon of a non-dragon species with any dragon digimon to create an egg which may hatch into Guilmon (if not, simply reset until it is.)

First: Go to an area with In-Training level digimon. Next: Right-click the digimon you wish to capture. Next: If your level is low enough, you can weaken it. Next: If not leave it alone, but click on the button all the way to the left on the top taskbar. Next: Click on the digimon. Be patient, you may have to defeat it completely then go into another battle to get a digimon successfully. The chance without a net is 0.02%. With a net: But a net from the shop for the digimon you want. Next, go into your inventory and right-click the net. Then right-click the digimo0n for that net. (If I have the buttons to press for the net wrong don`t let me know. I may have gotten them wrong since, as I have no WEcash, I can`t buy a net.)
