Lucille, other than performing, loved many things. She was nearly obsessed with the game backgammon, playing it faithfully and seriously as she got older. In fact, Lucille had even wanted to give up her job and pursue it! Lucille also enjoyed travel. She went many times to Hawaii and Europe. She also loved fishing, a hobby introduced to her by her first husband, Desidero Alberto Arnaz y Acha VI, whom the world knows as the Cuban bandleader, Desi Arnaz.
