When Swords Of concealing Light is activated does its effect only affect the monsters on the field the turn it was activated or is every monster affected until the end of the third turn?

The first effect only applies to face-down monsters on your opponents side of the field the turn it is activated. Your opponent may Set more monsters the next turn which are unaffected by "Swords of Revealing Light's" first effect and so remain face-down. Its secondary effect affects all of your opponents monsters while it is face-up on the field. Therefore, for three whole turns, your opponent may not attack.

∙ 12y agoThe effect that flips your opponent's monsters face-down only applies once, when Swords of Concealing Light resolves to the field.
The continuous effect that stops the opponent's monsters changing their battle positions, will apply to all of their monsters, even ones summoned after the initial resolution, and will affect them until Swords of Concealing Light leaves the field.

In 99% of cases (including the Hieratic monsters), when a monster is Tributed, they are tributed as a cost to activate an effect, they are not targeted as targeting is nominating which card will be affected by the effect resolution, and occurs after costs are paid.
When 'Skill Drain' is on the field does it also negate monster effects that say it is affected by nothing?
If a monster says it can't be targeted, then it will have its effects negated because Skill Drain does not target. If a monster says it is not affected by traps, then if it was already on the field before Skill Drain was activated, then it will be unaffected, its other effects will still work. If Skill Drain was already active before the monster is summoned, then the monster's continuous effect that grants it immunity, will itself be negated, as will any other of that monster's effects.
Can you tribute a monster summoned by 'Call of the Haunted' the same turn it's activated?
No part of Call of the Haunted's activation prevents monsters from being tributed. Of course, if you activate it in your opponent's turn, you could only tribute the monster for a spell speed 2 effect or trigger.
Is a tuner an effect monster?
Simply being a Tuner does not make a monster into an effect monster - it is not specifically an effect monster subtype, unlike Spirit or Toon. There are effect monsters who are Tuners, but there are also Normal Monsters with the Tuner subtype too, these are in no way counted as effect monsters.
