Then you go to the ruins of Alph and go to the cabin. It may Take a couple of tries, but the guy should come blab blab blab. You will be teloported to the Sinojo ruins go to the cabin. Champion Cyntia will blab blab blab. IMPORTANT: WHEN CYNTIA LEAVES ARCEUS HAS TO BE THE ONLY POKEMON IN YOUR PARTY. Cyntia will blab some more and tell you blah blah blah. Now you get to pick the Pokemon you want: Garitina IN ORGIN FORM CANT BE TRADE IN ORGIN FORM. Palkia and Dialga. You only get one choice so be wise. You will receive them at level 1.
The shrine is in the Ilex Forest. If you go alone Route 34 and go through that way you run staight into it. Or you can go through the other way and use cut
