Try YouTube- that has a LOT of clips. Mugglenet and Veritaserum are good aswell. The leaky Cauldron is a good place to look and try Google video. Youtube has short clips. If you want to keep looking I found Limewire a while back and although its not always acurate it worked for me when I downloaded the movies one through five. You Tube however is best to use for clips. also if you try the harry potter websites there are clips and trailers there :)
