It's very hard to find a Rouge the Bat plush. They're so incredibly rare, it's almost impossible to fine one available anywhere. But luckily, sometimes Ebay has them. You just have to wait and watch for one to show up. Other than that, try Amazon or even one of your local flea markets. Although it's hard to find a Rouge plush, you might just luck into one.

∙ 13y agoYour best bet is on Ebay. Rouge plushes and Action Figures are extrememly rare, and another thing is if you find one on ebay, they're REAL expensive. But also check Amazon.com, Craigslist.com, and your local flea markets. You never know. But my best answer would be Ebay.
