You'll need the Azure Flute that was in a event last few years. They aren't making another event for Pokemon Pearl anymore. They are focused on Pokemon Black and White. But if you have the Azure Flute left, go take it to Spear Pillar where Dialga or Palkia was.

∙ 12y agoArceus is located at the Hall of origin in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. To get there, you must have the azure flute (given out at Nintendo events) and have access to spear pillar (where you found dialga/palkia, or if you are using plainum, Giratina and Dialga and Palkia). When you reach spear pillar, a message will come up asking if you want to blow into the flute. If you do so, a staircase will appear, with arceus waiting at the top. He is level80, so be cautious.

∙ 12y agoYou get Arceus at Spear Pillar after you get dialga palkia and giratina. Then you get a(n) item the Azure Flute. You'll get the Azure Flute in a Event or a AR cheat code. Be careful if you get Arceus in a cheat the GTS won't let you trade any Pokemon so just deposit the Pokemon.

∙ 13y agoTo catch Arceus in Pokemon Pearl or Diamond you must first get the azure flute. Once you have the azure flute, you must have go to spear pillar (the place where you caught Dialga or Palkia, depending on your game). Then (in your inventory) press the azure flute, and press "use". A large stairway should appear, and Arceus is at the top of it. You find Arceus at level 80 (the highest of any wild Pokemon), so I would recommend saving right before you battle it, as it should be hard to catch (unless you have a master ball).
