There is no way to capture a Mankey in SoulSilver, There is a limit of Pokemon you can get in both two games heart gold and soul silver the only way to get it is by trade from heart gold and i think Pokemon pearl,platuim and dimoand his it too .Or if you have a action replay you can search a code on Google.
