After you find suicune throughout johoto then beat the elite 4 you will get a ticket to kanto.When you arrive in kanto you will have to locate suicune in kanto aswell (where suicune is i still dont know)but i do know that after it is tired from running you will have to go to route 25 (out side bills house north of cerulean city )

1) Get the National Pokedex. 2) Buy Ultra Balls if you used your Master Ball. 3) Go to any patch of grass. 4) Find Suicune. 5) Catch Suicune. Suicune runs away if attacked so i would recommend just throwing an Ultra Ball or a Master Ball at it. Ultra Balls make it harder to catch so save your Master Ball for the whole game and then catch it to make it a whole lot easier. Do not use repels unless all your Pokemon in your party are lvl 50 and under. If you use a repel and it is over lvl 50 than you will not find Suicune.

Go near water. It runs away a bunch, but in Cerulean City, go up to Misty's date spot after it's run away a bunch of times and you feel as if all hope is lost. Save right before you get up there, because it's easy to faint. Then, walk up the little steps and you'll talk to Esuine. After all that, Suicune should appear. Bring a BUNCH of pokeballs.
