no ure supposed to take arceus to the ruins of alph then you will go to the sinjo ruins ,talk to cinthea and she will walk off then follow her then u will get the choice of a level1 palkia, level1 giritina or a level1 dialga. :-1

How do you catch Dialga in Pokemon Diamond?
Level up your pokemon to about level 40, buy lots of potions, and teach them all the TMs. Then follow a long path until you find the first team galactic dude. Then follow them through the snow and into spear pillar. Beat the first pair of Galactic people and fully heal all your pokemon. Then battle Mars and Jupiter with help from your rival. Beat Cyrus and use your master ball to catch Dialga or Palkia. If you don't want to use your master ball, you may need to level your Pokemon to level 50-100. P.S. You should get at least 2 Pokemon to level 40 or higher. P.S. Dialga is steel/dragon. Based off of those types, you can choose which types you want to use. Don't forget to save before you fight Dialga/Palkia!

only 1, the one where the game takes place. the only games that have multiple regions are HG SS, which take you to Kanto, Johto, and Sinjoh, a pass in between Sinnoh and Johto, where you get Dialga, PAlkia, or Giratina.

In D P and PL Giratina is in Origin form in the Reverse World, Pt only, while Palkia and Dialga are available at Spear Pillar.
