When a non-effect monster destroys another monster the destroyed monster is sent to the grave, unless there is another card on the field which changes where destroyed monsters go.
Depending on the effect of the monster that destroyed them they are either sent to the Graveyard, are banished, return to the owners hand, or can be summoned on the opponents side of the field. Some cards can even be saved from the grave by their own effect and are then either re-summoned or go to spell/trap zone.
Spell/trap cards can also determine where they go, as they can change it so that any destroyed monster is banished instead of being sent to the graveyard.
Obviously into the graveyard.
destroyed
Yes it will still be destroyed even the battle damage is zero because the effect only involves the damage and not NEGATING the atk.For example your opponents Blue Eyes White Dragon attacks your Darkmagician. During damage calculation you can activate Kuriboh or Waboku. The damage will be zero but Darkmagician would still be destroyed.
The damage step will go - flip the defending monster, compare ATK and DEF, activate and resolve the flip effect (regardless of whether the monster is considered destroyed by battle bay a stronger attacker) then if the flip monster was considered destroyed, now it actually goes to the graveyard.
The two cards don't really interact as such. If the summoned Ojama Blue is destroyed by battle, then yes, it will still get its effect. However it will not trigger if destroyed in the end phase by Rescue Cat's lingering effect - it was not destroyed by battle in that case.
Destroyed monsters go to the graveyard, including destroyed Fusion or Synchro monsters.
Obviously into the graveyard.
Athens was not destroyed.
The Great Marianas Turkey Shoot was the battle where the Japanese Navy was destroyed. The Japanese Navy was destroyed in 1945.
The battle that destroyed Hannibal as a threat to Rome was the Battle of Zama in 202 BC.
no. the card's text clearly states that the card can't be destroyed by battle

No, they go to the graveyard as normal.

destroyed
Monsters considered destroyed by battle cannot return themselves from the field to hand or deck. If Fiber Jar was considered destroyed by battle, it will not shuffle itself back into deck even though its on the field while the effect resolves. After resolution, it will go to the graveyard.
