Foxface was the only character that katniss said she would not trust but all the others are obviously not trusted either. Thresh was half way trusted and peeta was not trusted in the beginning since he was with the careers. Later he was fully trusted by katniss and later loved by her too!

They became best friends and he eventually fell in love with her. She didn't know this until Catching Fire. She loved him, too, but things were complicated since she had to play things right that she was DESPERATELY in love with Peeta. The relationship she had with each of them was difficult. She loved Peeta, but not as much as Gale. She and Peeta began to slip apart in Mockingjay. I haven't finished that book yet, so I don't know how it ends. I think Katniss is better with Peeta, because he has loved her since they were five years old, which means he'd loved her for eleven years. Gale only loved her for a while, I say about four years at the most. Peeta will always be The Boy With The Bread to Katniss, but Gale will always be her best friend.
