i think heartgold is hell better because hoho has a amazingly pro high attack and special attack and lugia has a high defense and to much of attack.(remember you can't only be able to take a hit you must also be able throw a hit back).

Pokemon soul silver is better then Pokemon heart gold - Well I can't say, because I've only played soulsilver. Soulsilver is AWESOME. Just so you know :D But I have a lot of Pokemon-obsessed friends who've played both, and most of them say soulsilver is better. But they're basically the same game (with a slightly different plot), except in Soulsilver, the main legendary Pokemon is Lugia, and in Heartgold it's Ho-oh. So, which do you like better, Lugia or Ho-oh? Or if you can find a large price difference I'd buy the cheaper one, but I think they cost about the same. Anyways I would go with soulsilver, but they're basically the same so it really doesn't matter. PS: you can get it with or without the pokewalker- I would definitely get it with the pokewalker

Pokemon SoulSilver is by far better. The action replay only works with games. If you do not have a game (i.e. SoulSilver), then it cannot work.
