The answer isn't specifically mentioned in the books, but it is implied that Thalia and Luke took care of Annabeth because she was a demigod, like them, and was too young to survive long on her own.

How does Percy find annabeth in book 3?

If you are talking about the third book, The Titan's Curse, than this is the answer. Hunters of Artemis and Campers must go on the quest to save Artemis, but Percy is hoping to find Annabeth and save her, too. So, Zoe Nightshade, Bianca di Angelo, and another Hunter must go with Thalia Grace, Daughter of Zeus and Grover Underwood, Satyr to rescue them. The last hunter that was supposed to go got sick from centaur blood and Percy took her place. At first they didn't know Percy was going, but then they found out when they ran into him in, The Smithsonian. So they made their way west to Mount Tamalpais to get Artemis and Annabeth. Bianca died on the way, and Grover took Bessie- the ophiotaurus Percy named- back to the camp. Zoe, Thalia, and Percy passed the Garden of the Hesperides and went up the mountain. There, they found Artemis and Annabeth. Artemis was holding up the sky and Annabeth was tied up. Percy took hold of the sky so Artemis could fight Atlas. Percy and Artemis tricked him into holding up the sky once again and then Annabeth's dad came in his plane with bullets made of celestial bronze, the only thing that could kill monsters. They got away with Artemis and Annabeth but Zoe Nightshade perished because of her father. That is how they saved Annabeth.

What happens to Thalia in the Percy Jackson book battle of the labyrinth?

First off she to saves Luke and Annabeth by giving them time to get over-to Camp Half blood so that they would be safe. But while doing that she almost killed herself but her father, Zeus took piety on her and turned her into a tree. In the end of Book 2 when the Golden fleece gets lain on her (the tree) she gets cured and becomes a human again. In book 3 she helps save Annabeth and The Goddess of the moon and Hunt, Lady/maiden Artemis. With the help of Percy of course. But in the end decides to join her sister Artemis and become a huntress, she also becomes immortal and the prophecy is no longer her burden...She wanted to become a huntress because she wanted to have peace/a family.. Now in the fifth and final book (the Last Olympian) she will make a re appearance with the other huntress's in the next book! The final book called The Last Olympian will come out May 5th,2 009! The 1st book is also becoming a movie! Well, after the Titan's curse, thalia joined the Sacred Hunt. And then she'd make a reappearance in the last booK! Go thalia. ^^

As of the fourth Percy Jackson book (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Book Four: Battle of the Labyrinth), Annabeth has not joined Artemis' Hunters. However, Thalia did. In the book, it says that Annabeth considered joining, but didn't.

How did Luke get the bolt?

A group of campers (including Luke and Annabeth) went to Olympus for the Winter Solstice. Luke borrowed Annabeth's invisibility hat, and since the gods were not expecting anyone to even try and steal their symbols of power, it was easy for Luke to get away with both the Bolt and Hades's Helm of Darkness. Then, while on his way to bring the bolt/helm to Kronos, Ares found him and took them from him. He later tricked Percy into bringing the bolt to Hades in the Underworld.

What is Luke Castellan's past?

Luke Castellan was the son of May Castellan and Hermes, the god of thieves, messengers, travelers and athletics. Luke lived in Westport Connecticut, with his mother until he ran away at the age of nine. The main reason he had ran away was because his mother had been cursed by Hades when she tried to be become the next Oracle for Camp Half-Blood. Part of her curse was that her eyes would turn green and she would rant, and that would scare Luke. When Luke ran away, he soon bumped into a young demigod, like himself, named Thalia Grace daughter of Zeus. The two paired up and tried to survive. Later on, they met up with another demigod; seven year old Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena. Luke had been impressed by the young girl's wits and had given her a bronze knife, which Annabeth carries with her in every book in the Percy Jackson series. Luke told Annabeth that only adroit fighter could wield a knife, and she looked adroit to him. Luke had promised Annabeth that he would take care of her, and he would never fail her like her family had. That was a moment Luke later remebered to tie him to his normal human life. Annabeth, Luke and Thaila continued to avoid minsters a try to survive. They often built shelters, which Annabeth and Percy hide inside of in the Sea of Monsters. When Thalia got deathly hurt in a battle with a monster, Luke took her and Annabeth to his mother's house, to get help. While they were there, Luke met up with his father, Hermes for the first and last time. Luke was angry at his father for abandoning him and never answering his prayers. And when Hermes refused to tell his son's destiny, Luke left with a bitter grudge in his heart. At some point, the gang found Grover Underwood, who had been looking for Thalia Grace to take her to Camp Half-Blood. Together, the group journeyed to Camp-Half-Blood. They were followed by monsters that were sent from Hades, and they were stopped by a Cyclopes that would have defeated them if Annabeth had not stabbed the Cyclopes in the foot. Once they had reached the border, Thaila sacrificed herself to the monsters so everyone else could get to the Camp. But before the monsters had killed her, Zeus took pity on Thalia and turned her into a pine tree. Luke stayed in Camp-Half-Blood and trained all year long. After a couple years of training, he was given a quest from Hermes, to find a Golden Apple at the Garden of Hesperides. He went on the quest, but failed, which resulted in him getting a scar from the dragon Ladon, who guarded the Garden of Hesperides. After his failure, he held a bigger grudge against the his father and the rest of the gods. He began to have dreams of Kronos, the lord of the Titans. Luke then joined Kronos, because he longed for revenge. He then stole Zeus's Master Bolt and Hades's Helm of Darkness to start a war of the gods on a Camp field trip to Olympus. Ares found Luke with the stolen items and fought him. Luke lost the fight, but before Ares could kill him, Luke, with the help of Kronos, who was controlling his tongue, managed to convince Ares not to give the stolen items back because it would mean a war. (Ares is the god of war, so he was very happy to hear that there would be a war among he gods) Ares did not kill Luke, but took the Bolt and Helm with him, which he eventually gave both to Percy. (He gave the Bolt to him in a backpack, which Percy finds in the Underworld and the Helm of Darkness once he lost a fight to Percy) Luke then fell deeper into the darkness of Kronos, until it consumed his mind, and he betrayed Percy, making him the main villain of the Percy Jackson series.

What is the solution when annabeth gets kidnapped by atlas and luke in The Titan's Curse?

Well, long story short, Percy ends up following a group of girls who have taken the quest to save Annabeth and Artemis. (Artemis's hunters) You know Atlas? The guy who carries the Earth? Well, Luke was carrying the Earth for a while and Annabeth, being the incredibly sweet an amazing girl she is, took it for him. Luke tricked her into letting her stay like that, so there she was. Literally carrying the world on her shoulders. Then stuff happens in between ( read the book), and *SPOILER* Artemis is the one who ultimately ends up carrying the Earth. She did it to help save Annabeth, who was dying. Then, Percy climbs up the mountain and saves Annabeth and Artemis! HAPPY ENDINGS EVERYWHERE! But seriously, read the book.
