Correction to the question and answer below (without erasing what you've done :-), but It wasn't a 7, it was a 7.5 (38 in Europe), and yes, she's most likely an 8.5 min.
Because she wants to look good, look feminine at the expense of her feet. She's an actress consumed with style, looking good, getting botox. They all do it once they hit a certain popularity.
It's obvious she chooses shoes too small for her feet. Black women always do this. Kerry has big feet, most black women have big feet. The only ones that don't are mixed. Like Halle Berry.
