It's all mental. Many people feel weak after seeing their own blood. Its not that people feel weak after seeing their own blood, in some cases it might be, but usually it happens because of you lacking blood in your body. It IS possible to lose enough blood to make you feel weak, but generally people who routinely donate blood have no such problem. They have become mentally accustomed to the process and routinely donate a pint of blood, which is much more than one would typically lose through a nosebleed.

If your nosebleeds even APPROACH that much blood loss, you should see a physician immediately, otherwise... it's all in your head.
