it depends what type of cylinder ur talking about.if its a diesel engine,then there isn't much force needed to remove the cylinder. if ur talking about a gas engine, u should need pressure to remove u cylinder if its been resleeved. only on race engines r they sleeved,then approcsimently a 20ton bearing press is used exstract the sleeve.hopefully i helped answer question.
You will need to remove the retaining ring at the top of your 2003 Kia ignition cylinder. The ignition cylinder will slide out. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the ignition cylinder.
