There is no proven theory of evolution only the physical evidence of what Chuck Norris has allowed to live.
They didn't. What you are speaking of is called social Darwinism and it should have been called social Spencerism because Herbert Spencer mistakenly applied the theory of evolution by natural selection to social theory and thus committed the naturalistic fallacy and Lamarckism at the same time. Just because something is natural does not mean it is good and how this " superior " social class viewed hereditary was straight out of Lamarck. Darwin wanted nothing to do with this mistaken notion.
Sociobiology is a field of scientific study which is based on the assumption that social behavior has resulted from evolution and attempts to explain and examine social behavior within that context.
No. Evolution is based on empirical, scientific data. It is in no way a merely social philosophical construct. The conjecture was founded upon hard physical evidence, and was built into a solid, robust theory, which now forms the foundation tying all the biological sciences together into one unified whole. Evolution underpins biology the way the plate tectonics underlies geology.
Social structure? It's culture? Genetic engineering? The trouble with any of these answers is a basic misunderstanding of what evolution is. Evolution is the change in allele frequency over time in a population of organisms. Humans are not nearly ready to assume any responsibility for this process yet. Perhaps influence it.
Social Work
Social Evolution was created in 1894.

Social Darwinism
Badly. The theory of evolution by natural selection has to do with the natural world and the selection of individual organisms. Social Darwinism and like ideologies are biologically mistaken as the posit a form of group selection which has nothing to do with evolutionary theory but everything to do with social ideology trying to find scientific respectability.
Social Forces was created in 1922.

"The Genetical Evolution of Social Behaviour" was created in 1964 by the evolutionary biologist W. D. Hamilton. This influential paper laid the foundation for the study of altruism and social behavior from an evolutionary perspective.
The inner and outer forces model of social work is a framework that helps social workers understand and address the interplay between individual characteristics and external factors in a person's life. Inner forces refer to personal traits, beliefs, and experiences, while outer forces encompass societal, cultural, and environmental influences. By considering both of these aspects, social workers can develop holistic interventions to support individuals in achieving positive outcomes.
Economic forces, Technological forces, Political-legal forces, Sociocultural forces.
Social factors such as cultural norms, economic conditions, political systems, and technological advancements can all influence the evolution of or changes to a system. These factors can shape how individuals interact with the system, the resources available to support it, and the overall values and beliefs that drive change within the system.
