Light Reaction is other wise known as a light in-dependent reaction.It need Photons(little packages of Light energy) from the sun that goes to the stoma and coverts it over the the next step....(Down Below)
Dark Reaction is other wise known as a light dependent reaction. Inside the stoma into the thylakloids(they are little pancake shaped things)and they use ATP (made in light reaction) and NADPH to convert CO2 (carbon dioxide) into Glucose.

There is the light-dependent stage, where sunlight interacts with choloropyll to set up an electron-transport chain, then there is the chemical stage, where glucose molecules are synthesized from CO2 and H2O.
Photosynthesis is performed in two stages:Light reactions (or light-dependent reactions): Energy from sunlight is required.Dark reactions (or light-independent reactions): No sunlight is required. However, energy formed by the light-dependent reactions is needed.

the respiriration is such a oxidative reductive process ... and during plant it have two complex more process consist of seriese of steps DARK reaction and Light reaction.................... dark reaction need no light wheather in day time or night time...................... some how the light reaction are done in the prescence of light ..........during the light reaction the formation of the light reaction is just one ATP Which is responsible for the production of dark reaction .............
