They would basically just answer the question - usually science tests are conducted by different scientists (that is why they share their conclusions).

In science, nothing confirms a conclusion. Science only has confidence in a conclusion and that conclusion is the domain of statistical analysis. The Black Swan Theory addresses the inability to confirm conclusions. "Black swan" was an old term that was once use to mean something that does not exist until living black swans were discovered in Australia in the 17th century. The Black Swan Theory is the idea that simply because something has never been seen before does not preclude that it can never occur.
A conclusion is the set of ideas, theories, etc. that can be formed after careful analysis of the data/results produced in an experiment (via the scientific method). After having conducted an experiment, you take the data that you collected, analyze it, and then draw conclusions from that data to further your understanding of the processes involved.
