Absolutely nothing. If you like swallowing, then great, go ahead! If you don't, simply don't. It's all up to you. If you feel like the man tries to make you swallow against your will, leave. You swallowing a guy's semen when you don't want to, because he say it's a sign of love and that it makes him feel like you "accept him", is complete nonsense. If he's a good guy and not a jerk, he's there to be with you, not to use you.
