Murree is an older settlement than Gawadar because British bought Murree from the elders in 1853 and settled there where as Gawadar was bought by Prince karim Agha Khan on 8th september 1958 from Oman and he gifted it to Pakistan...So Murree is developed from 150 years where as Gawadar has now started to develop..

Gwadar has one of the deepest sea port in the world, after the completion of its port it will be the smartest port city of the world. It is believe by many international forums that it will beat Jebel Ali port or other Dubai ports in future. Because of port there will be huge investment of different international companies. China is the biggest manufacturer and exporter in the world, also it doesn’t have full and easy access to sea for trade due to movements of USA ships in South China Sea area. That is why china needs alternative and investing in gwadar. This is not only beneficial for China but also for Pakistan. As many Chinese manufacturers and other companies will install their manufacturing plants in Gwadar business district which has direct access to gwadar port means direct access to the world. It is unfair to compare gwadar port with Dubai because Gwadar port is going to be better than Dubai. I highly recommend you to invest in gwadar. I have done some research on different housing projects.
