How often can the British Prime Minister be reelected

There is no limit. A British Prime Minister can serve as many terms as they want, as long as they keep being elected as an MP and their party wins a general election. The British prime minister is not directly elected by the British electorate. They vote for parties and the leader of the largest party becomes the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister does have to be elected by the people, but only as an MP, not as the actual Prime Minister. There has to be a general election at least every 5 years, though an election can be called at any time within that period of time.
