Genizer Nano Mixer

NanoMixer Microfluidic Mixing System: NanoMixer is a precision microfluidic mixing platform designed for laboratory-scale preparation of mRNA, DNA, and siRNA delivery systems. It is an electrically driven, benchtop instrument that operates without the need for compressed air or hydraulic oil. The NanoMixer enables programmable flow rates (0–10 mL/min per pump) and controlled mixing ratios using gastight syringes (1 mL, 2.5 mL, 5 mL, or 10 mL), with configurations available for dual (NanoMixer), triple (NanoMixer-Triplex), or quadruple (NanoMixer-Quad) component blending. Each NanoMixer model is equipped with independent syringe pumps, a PLC control system, and mixing modules that ensure reproducible and uniform formulation. With a working pressure up to 500 psi and temperature tolerance up to 80°C, the system supports sterile, dead-volume-minimized mixing suitable for sensitive biopharmaceutical applications.
