I looked around on the internet for the same question and came upon this site:

The absolute fatal dose for humans is 40-60 mg's.
Hope this helps.
I can do 121MG of niccotine. One day I tried it seemed like a dumb idea at first but I did the 30 of the 4 mg gum and a cigarette which is almost 1MG. I think it depends on tolerance or if you are a chain smoker. And your fatigue. If you are tired you are effected more that is why some people don't like to smoke in the morning. And it also depends on the way the niccotine is transferred. Cigarettes, cigars, gum, patch ext.. Each has different effectiveness. I may have only smoked for 7 years but I so far have built up a high tolerance really high. When you get that high you know its time to stop.
about 60mg
nicotine, the same stuff that kills the smoker Where is the proof that nicotine kills a CIGAR smoker?
It is unlikely that 60 milligrams of nicotine would be enough to kill an adult. Fatal doses of nicotine are generally considered to be around 500-1000 milligrams for adults. However, it is important to note that any amount of nicotine can be harmful and potentially fatal, especially for children or pets.
Nicotine is nicotine is nicotine. Gum is a type of nicotine delivery system. Thrive is a brand name. Just pay attention to the dosage. Nicotine gum causes severe hiccups if you swallow the juice. Hold the spit in for as long as you can then spit it out. 60mgs of nicotine delivered intravenously is enough to kill a 200lb man.
Nicotine is a stimulant - it acts upon the nervous system of bugs causing them to be unable to breath and they suffocate. The same is true for humans - if you take in enough nicotine it becomes more difficult to breath - the nicotine contained in smoke is a lower dosage than if you ate the cigarette. DO NOT eat cigarettes or any other tobacco products - they can kill you as easily as they kill bugs.
In concentrate, yes. In fact, there is enough nicotine in 1 cigarette to kill a person. However most is burned off, and most of what IS inhaled is exhaled back out.
No, and it's a good thing. Nicotine is a deadly poison. If you ate enough to have an effect, it would kill you.
Yes, It's true. Nicotine is also an ingredient in cigarettes (nicotine is what gets you hooked on them).
like really it was used to kill real bugs.. might was a tasted bug
Nicotine is a deadly poison. However, you can't get enough of it smoking to kill you. The coal tars and carbon monoxide in smoke are far more dangerous to smokers.
Oh honey, there ain't no nicotine in Coke. Nicotine is for cigarettes, not soda pop. So, you can enjoy your fizzy drink without worrying about getting hooked on anything but maybe a sugar rush.
Its properties kill insects because it is a toxin and a habit forming substance.
