It was my experience (three times) that it was continuous. At least the sore breasts. I don't really recall a bloated feeling per se. But pregnancy symptoms are different for each pregnancy for each woman. If you think you may be pregnant, you should take a test. If you are on the pill it is unlikely that you are pregnant. If you did get pregnant you would have the same symptoms as if you were not on the pill. Nausea, fatigue, tender breasts, heartburn, frequent urination. Missing a period COULD be a sign - but would be less reliable because you are taking hormones. You could be/get pregnant.
Yes
For most women some pain is there. It's heartburn, backache, leg ache, tender breasts, and sore feet. The vagina can hurt because of all the downward pressure. And then, of course, when the pelvis gets softer so you can actually pass the baby through, that hurts too. Being pregnant is no picnic.
There can be many causes for this and I would suggest asking your doctor.
If you had sex, you could be pregnant but these symptoms are also found just prior to starting one's period. Take a pregnancy test (HPT) to be sure.
