That answer was wrong. A butt pimple is usually called a boil. The best thing to do is to try to not sit on it for long periods, keep it clean, DO NOT SQUEEZE IT that will inhibit bacteria growth, put some neosporin on it, and don't touch it. If you start having a fever, or it becomes extremely red and inflamed, go see a DR it could be a staph infection. Google boils and you will see what you need to know!

It's possible that if the growths are as large as a quarter, like you say, that they could be something other than pimples. Quarter-sized growths are rare; pimples are generally half that size. The best plan of action would be to treat the growths with antibiotic ointments or soaps and to see a doctor if they don't get better.

Plenty of people have that and it's completely normal. Can go away after puberty and as long as you keep clean and change underwear every day you have a better chance to get rid of them.
