I have tried hydrocortisone (CortAid), diphenhydramine HCL (Benadril), and calamine lotion. Each have a very small, and temporary effect. Nothing works permanently. An internet search produced a rumor that Tequila poured on the rash will help.
I'm not sure if I want to waste my Hornitos externally. I think it may do more good in my belly than on my skin.
