The relationship betweet activity level and heart rate is the effect it has on you. The harder you work during activities, the higher your heart level will be (the harder it's working). The same vice versa, the less you work, the less your heart is working.

Well, the more you move the more oxygen your body needs in your blood and your heart is beating fast because it is trying to get blood throughout your body. I'm pretty sure but I don't know.
