How many person dies each year from anorexia?

In the United States, at least 1,000 people die each year from anorexia (not including other eating disorders). over 5 million people, men and women, suffer from anorexia alone. these numbers aren't counting other countries, but im sure the number would increase 10 fold. however, the united states houses the most eating disordered people (Europe is close behind, along with Australia), so the US can always be sure it'll win that competition.

(I'm going to add details, so I might be answering a lot of other questions too,) •Well, anorexics should be in rehab, therapy, or counseling for it, or else they will die, in a very fatal and extreme way. •When a person stops eating for over a week, they lose a LOT of energy, and mostly the heart stops working altogether. •Some anorexics eat maybe a snack a day, but still are anorexic. •Extreme anorexics, (ones who eat NOTHING at all) will have fatal futures. The body will have to use/burn the muscles/organs for energy, and that is VERY VERY serious. •They would mostly die from that, but there aren't many people who are anorexics, but each year---in the whole world---a year? The CDC says that for ALL EATING disorders, where the eating disorder is the DIRECT or the UNDERLYING cause of death, from 2002 to 2005, there were an average of 150 deaths per year.
