Ive had ywo pregnancies...one at age 17, very easy until the last frw hours! My next one wasnt until i wad 34, miserable & a bit more weight gain. Toward the end, the heartburn was so bad ! I did a lot of leaf-raking & walking & bike riding to bring on labor. I dont know if it helped, both gave me excercise though, that was important. Drs recommend no more weihht gain than 15-17 lbs if you can keep it around there it shouldt be a problem to lose so u can get back in shape quickly by adding basic strengthening exercises, and just acting normal. "eating for two" is a recie for disaster & sorry excuse. Dont get fatter, you risk making things harder and getting PTSD. Good luck!
