You'd face increadble hunger pain, fatiuge, exaustion and way more. Also once your week is up your lifestyle won't change, and you'll put the weight on again. Honestly I don't think you'd cut enough weight for it to really make a long-term difference. If you went on a diet afterwards your body would still gain weight because it's trying to replenish what it lost durning that week. Bottom Line: Bad Idea.
