Comparing her very easy to read charts for gluten, disaccharide and dairy you would be able to come up with a list of foods allowed and foods restricted. I myself found it helpful as I have latex, mold, dairy, poultry, disaccharide restrictions and needed to come up with a list. This book also provides schedules for safely eliminating foods from your diet and vitamin replacements necessary. Always consult your doctor before eliminating foods from your diet.
