Yes, your bladder can be removed. It is a major surgery, but my 81 year old mother who learned she had bladder cancer, had hers removed last year, and is doing well. They create a stoma and you use a bag on the outside of your body to collect the urine. There is also a surgery that creates a 'new' bladder to replace the original, but it is an extensive surgery, and not usually recommended for an elderly person. In that case you are able to continue as 'normal' without the use of a bag. Hope this helps you.
An abdominal scan or ultrasound that reveals no gall bladder indicates that it has been removed.
An ileot conduit is where an opening has been created in the abdo wall to form a stoma when the bladder has been removed. A bag is worn over the stoma and collects the urine.

I am not sure Gatorade can be a cause of bladder infections but in my experience it has been a contributing factor to bladder irritation.
There are a lot of things that can increase your risk of bladder cancer. Caffeine is one of those. While bladder cancer is usually identified in the older generation, it is not uncommon for a younger person to be diagnosed also. People who drink a lot of coffee / caffeine are more at risk. Eating foods with a low fat intake can help reduce the risk a lot, also, and is a good idea if you are at risk, people suffer in your family from it, or you have already been diagnosed. While it will not cure it, it will reduce the affects and mean that you are reducing the risk of it returning, should you go in to remission.
I am only familiar with Addison's disease in dogs. To the best of my knowledge it does not cause food allergies or a bad gall bladder. If a person/animal has not been diagnosed with Addison's Disease yet, some of the symptoms might mimic food allergies and gall bladder problems. The best thing to do is to contact you physician.
If cancer has been diagnosed, all or most of the gland is removed. If other diseases or nodules are present, the surgeon may remove only part of the gland
