There is probably a phone number or web address on the label to contact with questions like this. In a situation as with Celiac disease you will want to be sure to get the correct answer directly from the manufacturer. If there is no phone number on the package, do an internet search to find contact information for the company. Many products you would not expect to have gluten will, because they may be manufactured in a plant that also processes wheat products. For example, you should question the manufacturer of oatmeal to be sure it is not coming from a mill or facility that also handles wheat, which could allow some cross contamination in tiny amounts enough to trigger reactions in Celiac disease.

Most commercial soy sauce is NOT gluten-free due because it contains wheat.Look at the ingredient label. Most brands will list "wheat" as an ingredient. The brands that do not list wheat as an ingredient are gluten-free.However, even soy sauce made with wheat can be gluten free; because the enzymes produced during the natural fermentation destroy the gluten. Soya.be tested some naturally brewed soy sauces and found no detectable levels of gluten. The lab report can be found http://www.soya.be/gluten-free-soy-sauce.php.

"Yes, most things with artificial flavoring have gluten. Also, most tea bags have gluten in them." Not even close to true. I have celiac disease and I have only ever found one type of tea with gluten in it. As for Lipton teas, all herbal and iced tea mixes are GF as far as I know. You can call Lipton at 1-888-547-8668 or go to their website to be certain.
If not in your usual supermarket, try a gourmet store or ethnic market . And BTW , you can't find lefse south of South Dakota or west of Montana. If you have a box left, look for a consumer contact number on the box,or on any Zatarains rice product.

The word 'boil' is both a noun (boil, boils) and a verb (boil, boils, boiling, boiled).Examples:He brought a kettle of water to the boil. (noun)She developed a painful boil on her leg. (noun)I can boil your eggs or fry them. (verb)
Well, there is no difference in terms of the act of "boiling," but there is a grammatical difference. Saying "bring it to the boil" is unnecessary. There is no need for using the definite article "the" for "boil". Merely say or write "bring to boil" or "boil." These are good enough.
