Everything is good in moderation. This is also conditional. If you are anorexic, than yes, it's a very good thing. However, being significantly over weight is very bad for your health. But having some extra meat on you is not a bad thing, in most cases it's perfectly normal, not to mention curves are always nice ;). Most people worry too much about their weight.
