There is some anti inflammatory medicine you can get at a local drug store or you can ask your doctor to be prescribed for a drug called prilosec which I have used and it helps greatly! It was prescribed to me by my doctor since I have Celiac and I've felt much better ever since. Hope this helped!

Gluten intolerance, also known as celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, does not directly cause freckles. Freckles are primarily a result of genetic factors and sun exposure, leading to increased melanin production in the skin. However, gluten intolerance can lead to skin issues like dermatitis herpetiformis, which may cause rashes or lesions, but these are distinct from freckles. If you have concerns about skin changes related to gluten intolerance, it's best to consult a healthcare professional.
