The only medical diagnosis that seems relevant at all to it is called ' a pilonidal cyst ' and from what i have read to get rid of it u got to get it cut open and keep it bandaged for awhile then go in for some sort of minor surgery.... probably painful but worth getting a lump off of your asscrack
