I am almost positive. No because sometimes people have reasons to get mad. You can't be ok with everything. Ex: A robber tries stealing your purse. Would you say oh that is fine I don't need that thing anyway. Probably not. I think you can't get rid of your anger...well at least for good. I mean Jesus sometimes got mad like when they turned the temple into something useless he was angry but for a good reason.
