You can't. It says in its text "This card can not be special summoned."
If a monster clearly says "This card cannot be special summoned" then no, of course not. If it says you can't do it, then you can't do it.
If a guy says that you're a card, he means that you are funny. You make him laugh. The card to which he refers is the Joker. It is a good thing!!
No, only from your hand. They can be special summoned from graveyard by cards like Monster Reborn if they were properly summoned initially before they went there. However you can't resummon them from the graveyard with their Ritual Spell Card.
No, and it quite clearly says on the card that it cannot be Special Summoned. That counts for anywhere.
well, the card says: "if this card is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon this card from the Graveyard during your next Standby Phase. If you Special Summon this card in this way, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field." in that case, it would b destroyed by the effect of a card: call of the haunted, wich says that you must destroy the resurrected monster when it is removed from the field, so yes it would apply, but why you ask that? i mean call of the haunted is forbidden XD haha if you noticed.
your Jewish
it means he is going to eat you.
No, you can't unless the card says so
Elemental Hero Bubbleman says 'you can' special summon this card through his own effect. However that doesn't mean you can't Normal Summon or Set him either, or Special Summon him through other sources, like Monster Reborn.
it means you're special to him
Yes, unless the card itself or another card on the field says so, a monster can attack on the same turn it was Normal or Special Summoned.
