Well nothing. You might feel better. The only bad thing is you might be more hungry than usual because you haven't eatin in a greater span of time. Maybe a cramp. I don't really see how sleeping longer can be a problem unless your in a coma, which your obviously not because you typed this question.
Sleep with their hotter friend.
16 and over need to get at least 8 hours sleep :)
fatigue!
a normal human should get from 6-8 hours of sleep, when excercising it is best if you get your full 8 hours, but don't sleep over 10 hours, it will cause brain sleep, which is basicly being tired, and lazy and feeling like your brain is numb.
8 to 9 hours. Basically, enough uninterrupted sleep so that you don't feel jet lag at the end of the week and want to sleep until noon over the weekend. adults should sleep 7-9 hours. children should sleep 10-12 hours.
Around four hours over a 24 hour period.

Sleep requirements vary over a narrow range from about 7 to 9 hours.
over sleeping is worse than under sleeping. it leaves you fatigued, slow and lethargic. Recommended average sleep for adults is 8 hours. Try to stick to it.
Apparently, too much sleep is just bad for your body as not enough sleep. You'll notive that if you over-sleep you wake up feeling groggy and unenergized. 8 hours of sleep is considered healthy for most adults. Your body can't "catch up" on sleep, so sleeping for 12 hours one night because you only got 4 hours of sleep the night before won't work. You'll have lost out on two nights of healthy sleep because you under-slept one night and over-slept the other!

You do not physically grow during the night. Growth primarily occurs during sleep when the body repairs and regenerates tissues, but it is a gradual process that happens over time, not just during the night.
