it didnt matter the brand but i found that taking them at night before bed didnt make me as sick
Everyone I tried caused me to be sick. I ended up taking Flintstones, actually under the advice of my OB!
I have to agree. Taking them at night helped a lot.
My doctor prescribed a prenatal vitamin called Natelle. It was a pink pill... almost had a sweet coating on it. I never had any problems with it, which was incredible because I had such a hard time with smells, flavors, etc. when I was pregnant. She said she prescribes this brand the most because she believes it's the most gentle.
Of Course not.
Yes, and no. Vitamin C boosts your immune system, which may cause flares or for you to feel unwell. It is difficult to find a prenatal without Vitamin C, but if you can find a prenatal with just folic acid, you will be fine.
Vitamin A in too high of doses can cause birth defects so the amount you get in your daily diet and your prenatal vitamin should be enough.
Yes
It doesnt matter cause you can get vitamin D from the sun.
Gummy prenatal vitamins are just as effective as regular prenatal vitamins. They have the same vitamins and beneficial factor as a regular prenatal vitamin. Gummy prenatal vitamins are a good alternative because some regular prenatal vitamins may cause constipation.
Prenatal vitamins are the best. Ask your doctor. Don't take vitamins which are not specifically for pregnant women as some (like vitamin A) can cause problems. With vitamins more is not better.
After, because relatively large doses of vitamin C may cause indigestion, particularly when taken on an empty stomach.
Stomach acids have an extremely low pH level, making them extremely acidic. We use them to digest food. When they are done digesting food, they simply sit in the stomach, this can cause the acid to eat through the lining of the stomach, and cause extreme medical problems. We get "hungry" when the acid begins to burn at our stomach lining, this is simply our body telling us give me more food so your stomach doesnt burn, that is one possibility, another possibility is when you are low on any type of chemical, vitamin, or nutreint your body needs, then your brain sends your stomach a message, and you get hunger pangs.
your prenatal pills can cause it, too much iron. your prenatal pills can cause it, too much iron.
Yes it does cos the stomach doesnt stop producing acid and if the acid piles up without seeing anything to digest, it erodes the linings of the stomach.
There are a great many things that could be the cause of a prenatal stroke. A mother's health could cause this.
