Changes are greatest in the first trimester. Six weeks is well within the first trimester. But it does depend on a lot of factors.
The period can be late without you having a miscarriage. It happens from now and then. If you had a miscarriage the test will show positive for a little while longer since it takes time for the hormones to settle.
Yes you could have.

In general, there are 5 to 6 fertile days every month (the day of ovulation and the 5 to 6 days before ovulation). So there are 60 to 72 days a year that a woman has a chance of becoming pregnant.

i do not know, im not a doctor
It can last for up to 6 weeks ,I miscarried a month ago it only lasted like 10 days and then I had my menstruation for like 5 days and then it was done.
Sounds like a miscarriage. I had the same thing happen years ago. In the first 6-8 weeks this happens when a miscarriage results. I never did have any children because each time it happened.
I would talk to your doctor
their is a 10% chance he will be sick
Personally I would say miscarriage, but check with your doctor
You got your period and it lasted 8 days longer than usual. Six or seven days after you got it again and you are wondering what is wrong with you. This could happen for many reasons. It could be due to hormonal changes, as a side effect of medications or due to a health condition. If there is any chance that you could be pregnant, it could be a miscarriage or you may be suffering from uterine fibroids. It would be wise to make an appointment to see your doctor.
