Usually Back pain is the result of muscle spasm.

Technically, the spine doesn't really hurt when there is a problem. Instead, the body detects inflamation and contracts back muscles to reduce the pressure on the inflamed area. When the muscle is held in contraction for an extended period it's called a spasm, and it can really hurt. The muscle contraction is a deliberate attempt to relieve pressure on the inflamed area, but you don't get to consciously decide to allow or prevent it.

When the muscles pull the spine to relieve pressure on the inflamation, the spine will become "crooked".

There are plenty of people around who will try to tell you that your back needs to be "aligned"; but before you submit yourself to that kind of quackery, recognize that the spines is just a bunch of blocks of bone, and muscles keep them "aligned". The bones don't align themselves. If you're having trouble with back pain you need to contact A physician for help. Often a few mild exercises can help you relieve the spasms and eliminate the pain.

Does electricity shock you more when the voltage is lower?

The sensation from a shock is due to current flowing through your body, not the voltage. You can have a high voltage and low current and not get hurt. A Tesla Coil is an example. As the voltage gets lower your body still obeys Ohm's Law. Voltage = Current x Resistance. If the resistance of your body remains constant as the voltage gets lower, the current will be lower. However, there are many variables that determine the effect of a shock on your body. Variables include the type and amount of current (AC or DC) and the path the electricity takes through the body.

Will ed bring back al's body?

(WARNING- Spoilers ahead!!)Well, in the 1st anime, Ed actually did bring back Al's body (as if you didn't know that already), but I have a gnawing feeling that he is going to get it back really, REALLY soon. When Izumi, Ed, and Al were teleported to "Father", Al's soul didn't make it through. Therefore, it must be by the gate and Al is going to be reunited with his body. Then, when (not if) Mustang opens the gate, Al will come down and whop everyone's ass.
