You had bad cramps and then your period came early and you are dizzy and seem to have a high temperature you did a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was negative Could you still be pregnant?

If you had your period then you are not pregnant because you cannot have your period and be pregnant at the same time. If you had light spotting for a short time frame then it came be implantation bleeding but that's not like a normal menstrual flow. If you had your period then you are not pregnant and quit stressing. If you really think you are pregnant then call your doctor and have a blood test done to confirm the results. In the meantime if you are not trying to get pregnant then please get on some form of Birth Control such as the pill, depo shot, or the IUD. You can purchase those at your local Planned Parenthood for a low cost and they also have a sliding fee scale for those with low income. Take care of yourself.
