No meloxicam is nsda anti inflammatory basically like ibuprofen otc. It actually takes 1 week for it to get into your system and start to work for pain. I'm on oxys and I take 400mg of ibuprofen instead acts instantly. I reccomend u wean cut the pills in half, make notes and goals and set and alarm everytime u need to take a lowered dose. For example cut the pills and take half the dose every 4-5 hours. But the alarm helps reminds to take meds
till. Xanax helps a LOT. GOOD LUCK DOING SAME THING AND MELATONIN OTC FOR SLEEP
