Well, there are many things but, first make sure your doctor is caring about your symptoms not just your test results.

1. Find a good group to help you cope with what you are feeling.

May suggest try Yahoo groups. They have a Thyroid group of USA and of each state if you from the states.

2. Keep going and trying and researching out what is best for you. There are so many ways that you can go.

You can go synthetic like Levothyroxine or Syntroid If you need just T4 this is the way to go.

You can go natural with Armour Thyroid. If you are still feeling bad after synthetic then, try to find a doctor that will prescribe this 100 year old gem. It is made of natural ingredients and has T4, T3 and minute trails of the other hormones your thyroid does not produce any longer.

Do you homework of what will work best for you.

If you need some help finding these things just ask on the yahoogroups I mentioned above. There is HELP out there.

Blessings,
