Personally, I have a good experience with Tetralysal. I used them for 16 weeks from August 2010. My skin improved loads during that time, but if you're going to use them, you can't just rely on them, you need a good Skin Care regime too.
However, when I stopped using them my acne flared back up and I've started another 8 week course.
I've heard a lot about this drug, and the general consensus is that they work well when in use, but I read about a few cases where people's skin got bad again once they stopped taking them. You can read all about them if you just Google search them :)
Beware, taking this medication is apparently not idea if you're planning on getting pregnant.
