I am a male and I weight in at a hefty 275lbs @ 6ft back in September of '08 by February of '09 I was weighing in at 245lbs. The only change I made in eating habits was drinking some sort of juice pref V8 and a granola bar or banana instead of skipping breakfast like I did all the years before I was on an ADD treatment. The reason I started eating something in the morning was the nasty chemical burp ups I would get on an empty stomach. Kinda like an medicine, eating helps with the sour stomach. I still eat like a mad man just I now know when to stop I think that is from the medicine kinda helping with the impulse and mental boredom (You know eating because your bored). Hope this helps!
